HELL & BACK  is Ireland's Toughest Physical & Mental Endurance Challenge, specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit!

Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate in Co Wicklow with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, we have a number of distances available throughout the year, including a H&B Winter 16KM and 7KM in February, H&B @ Dawn 7KM in May and H&B 13KM and 8KM in June. Each course combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge that lends itself perfectly to fundraising opportunities for charity groups!
